Brown Bear Buddy Boy

This morning Sammy and I were on two missons.  The first was to give Daddy some space so he could study, the second was to find Buddy Boy a halloween costume.  Tim and I had a few things in mind, but I was pleasantly surprised when I found this gem at a local kid consignment shop for drum roll please....$9.00!  I did a little research and original price would have been around $25-30 plus shipping if I had ordered online.  It's in great condition, just needs to be washed and put a cute baby in there and we're good to go! 

Then of course I came across Eric Carle's Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See? and had to get it.  I've pretty much memorized the book over the years from Cassidy's love for it, but it seemed fitting Sammy should have a copy since he will need some help getting in to character. 

Now I just have to use a spark of creativity to decide how to approach Tim & mine. Looks like Sammy will now also be known as a Buddy Brown Bear. The nub tail is super cute. Stay tuned for more photos.  Hurray for holiday festivities!
