Same as pumpkin, acorn squash can be baked at 475 degrees for 40 mins - 1 hour
in pan with 1 inch of water.
Tip: Gently scoop out to avoid veins of squash in your baby food.
My favorite part -- mash 'em up!
Scoop in to ice cube trays for easy portion sizes.
Freeze with the other items.
Once frozen, remove and store in tupperwares for easy access.
