Cut pumpkin in to halves and scoop out guts
Save seeds for roasting later.
Place halves upside down in 1 inch of water.
Bake 40 mins. - 1 hour at 375 degrees F.

Mash 'em in the food processor.
Make servings in ice cube trays & freeze!
Then Mommy & Daddy enjoyed eating the roasted seeds.
